A. On September 10th, 2013, I performed 21 Curl Ups and then on October 2nd, 2013, I increased to 31 Curl Ups.
On September 10th 2013, I completed 30 Push ups and then on October 2nd, 2013, I Increased to 32 Push Ups.
On September 10th 2013, I completed 81 Step Ups and then on October 2nd, 2013, I increased to 96 Step Ups and my heart rate stayed at 210.
B. I improved On my Curl Ups, because i started practicing some at home 3 Time's every week.
I improved On my Push Ups, because just like the Curl Ups I Practiced Push Ups At Home.
I Improved On My Step Ups, because I Performed Some And Improvised By Using A Chair, And Practicing for 3 Minutes.
C & D. I Best On The Curl Ups Because I Practiced Hard At Home Everyday, And To Improve I Think I Could Try To Do More At Home .
I didn't Try My Best On The Push Ups Because I Was Tired That Day From Work, I Can Improve By Doing A Bit More At Home.
I Tried My Best On The Curl Ups Because I Tried Harder The Second Time And Increased By 15 Step Ups, To Improve I Could Go And Go For A Small Jog Or Run On The Track About 2 or 3 Time's A Week To Improve My Cardio And So I Won't Get Tired So Easily.
